Until now the virus vaccine has not been found. Pandemic influenza has recently spread throughout the world, the victims who died increased sharply, clearly worrying for anyone, including the World Health Organization. Several discoveries of new products for virus vaccines, such as the three previously approved (CELVAPAN, of Baxter; Focetria, Novartis, and GSK Pandemrix) has been assessed through the emergency procedures to prevent a pandemic flu.
Vaccines are bought by Spanish health authorities Focetria, Pandemrix and Panenza. The latter, by the company Sanofi Pasteur, has not been approved centrally for the whole of Europe, but by the Spanish Agency for Drugs and Health Products. It was intended to immunize pregnant women. (more…)
